In order to deliver the best quality possible, we have decided to consciously focus on “Made in Germany”. At our Kitzingen location in Germany, we produce highly flexible expansion joints using rubber and fabrics in a factory floorspace of 10,000 square metres. More than 5,000 square metres comprise office and production buildings. This is where we serve our customers around the world with our standard programme; yet we also offer individual solutions designed for the specific technical requirements of your project. As a family business, we place great emphasis on reliable and prompt customer service.
Our manufacturing process is distinguished by our in-house mould making, an in-house calendar plant and vulcanisation facilities with a diameter of up to 5 m. For larger dimensions, special manufacturing technologies have been developed that we can use for individual components. TÜV-certified welders make all our accessory components such as flanges, flow liners, support rings, or complete expansion joint design units. Before shipment, our expansion joints are subjected to extensive tests depending on the specific requirements, and are then awarded the necessary certifications.
Since we make all the important components inhouse and are therefore independent of suppliers, we can also assure prompt, reliable handling of even your most urgent orders.
